Cardan chain or web conveyor?
A cardan chain carries heavier loads per hanger and turns in two planes, which suits long profiles and bulky fabrications; a 3-inch web conveyor is lighter and cheaper and suits small and medium parts. We build both; the load per hanger and the part length decide.
What does a turnkey project include?
Survey of your hall and parts, line layout, engineering, manufacture, delivery, mechanical and electrical installation, PLC commissioning, trial runs with your parts and operator training. A line of the size shown on the Turnkey powder coating plant page is installed and commissioned in about four weeks on site.
