What adencoat.com collects, why, where it is kept and for how long, and how to have it corrected or deleted.

Who is responsible

Quote requests
The contact form asks for your name, e-mail and optionally your company, phone, country, the product, part size, capacity, application method, a message and drawings or photographs. We use them to answer the request and prepare a proposal, which are steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
The request is stored on our server and sent to our inbox. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 90 days, and the download links in our e-mail stop working then. The request itself is kept while we follow it up and deleted when you ask us to.
CAD downloads from the configurators
Before a STEP file is saved, the configurator asks for an e-mail address. We store it with a one-line summary of the design on your screen and send both to our inbox, so an engineer can follow up on the design (legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Your browser remembers the address in its local storage so you are not asked again; clearing site data removes it.
The design assistant
Messages typed into the configurators' assistant, and the design on your screen, are processed by Anthropic's Claude model, which writes the design the configurator then checks. The conversation is kept on our server for two hours after the last message and then deleted. Please do not enter personal data in the assistant; it needs only the part, the output and the hall.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4, which records the pages you view, how you reached them, your device and an approximate location, and sets the cookies listed below. Without your consent it is not loaded at all. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page, which also deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Server logs
Our web server records the IP address, time, requested address and browser of each request. The logs are kept for 14 days to keep the site secure and to find faults (legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), then deleted.
Service providers
Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the server. Resend delivers the e-mails the site sends to our inbox. Anthropic runs the model behind the design assistant. Google provides Google Analytics, only after your consent. Resend, Anthropic and Google may process data outside the EU and Türkiye, under their data processing terms.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable form, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) you have the corresponding rights. Write to info@adencoat.com; we answer within one month.
You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country in the EU, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
