Plant relocation
Plant relocation moves an existing coating line to a new hall or a new country and brings it back into production. We survey the line, dismantle it in a documented order, re-engineer the parts that must change for the new layout or the new standards, transport, reinstall, recommission the PLC and run trials with your parts.

How we size it
The new hall decides what changes: a shorter hall may turn a straight tunnel into a U-turn oven; a different conveyor path changes chain length and drives; a new country may change the electrical standard and the conformity file. The survey report lists every item as reuse, repair or replace before you decide.

Standards
Reinstalled lines are delivered with an updated CE Declaration of Conformity where the relocation changes the machinery.
