Automatic and robotic powder coating booth
The automatic powder coating booth sits on the conveyor line and applies powder with fixed guns on reciprocators or with robots, with a cyclone recovering the overspray. Manual touch-up openings at entry and exit let an operator finish edges and cavities. Booth size, gun count and robot axes are engineered from the part geometry and the line speed.

Technical data
The table shows the standard size. Values marked per project are set from your part and line and appear in the proposal, with the drawing for your size.

| Recovery | Cyclone type |
| Booth size | Per project |
| Conveyor | Cardan chain or web conveyor |
| Control | PLC panel |
How we size it
The booth length must let the part pass fully inside while the guns cover it; the gun count follows the part height and the line speed; extraction follows the openings, which are sized to the part cross-section plus clearance. The conveyor pitch sets how close parts may hang without shadowing.
