Box-type powder curing oven
The box-type powder curing oven is an electric batch oven with a thermoblock heating unit at the rear, 150 mm rock-wool sandwich panels and a digital thermostat with timer. The example oven is 1.5 x 1.8 x 4 m with 60 kW of heating and a 250 °C design temperature; the timer stops the oven and sounds a horn at the end of the cycle.

How we size it
Internal size follows the rack or trolley plus 150 mm of air space on each side; heating power follows the steel mass of a batch, the target temperature and the heat-up time you accept. The example oven brings a batch to 200 °C in about 25 minutes with 60 kW. Insulation thickness is 150 mm on every size.
