Dip pretreatment tanks
Dip pretreatment tanks treat parts by immersion in a sequence of baths: degrease, rinse, conversion coat, rinse. Immersion reaches cavities that spray cannot, and it suits batch work moved by crane or by a conveyor with dip sections. Tank size, bath count and heating are set per project.
| Method | Immersion |
|---|---|
| Baths | Per project |
| Handling | Crane or conveyor |

Technical data
The table shows the standard size. Values marked per project are set from your part and line and appear in the proposal, with the drawing for your size.

How we size it
Tank length, width and depth follow the largest part or basket plus clearance and the liquid level rise; heating follows the bath temperature and the surface losses; bath count follows the process.
What it is for
- Batch production
- Internal surfaces that spray cannot reach
Options
- Crane-loaded or conveyor-integrated
- Heated baths with insulation
- Fume extraction along the tank rims
Standards
Built with CE Declaration of Conformity; chemistry per your supplier's process sheet.
Values marked "Per project" in the table are set from your part and line, and appear in the proposal.
